Improve the visuals for a blocked contact

Description
As reported on likeback (comment #3098) the current iconography for a blocked contact uses the same icon as the "Busy" status. This could lead to confusion.
A better visual aid is necessary IMO. Perhaps a red "X" overlayed on the status ball, or perhaps turning that line monochrome.
