Make setting alternate contact names more accessible

Currently setting an alternate name for a contact is somewhat cumbersome (right click->properties->check box->type name->save).

Instead, we should either allow someone to:

1) Edit the name "in place" in the contact list (complex, but very cool), or,

2) Provide a "Rename" context menu action that will automatically open the contact properties, check the "alternate name" checkbox and set focus to the alternate name textbox.
