Properly sort contacts alphabetically in the contact list

Description

Currently contacts are sorted by online status and then by the first letter of the display name.

This should be more robust: they should be sorted by online status and then completely alphabetically by display name.

Fixed as of r5208. Contacts are sorted by status and then alphabetically by friendly name (less any formatting information).
