Implement tabbed chat supports

Description

As highly requested feature, allow tabs in the chat window.

In the settings panel, it should be able to choose when tabs are used:

  • no tabs
  • for contacts of the same groups
  • for all contacts

This feature can be called "grouping chats" in the setting panel.

Preferably, also allow to detach a tab, or move it. See Firefox 2 for this, since they already iterated over their tab features.

Implemented with r3216. Initial preparation made with: r3172 - r3173 - r3174 - r3198 - r3203.

Note that this is only initial support. When I'll have time, I'll also finish implementing the visual UI details and add a relevant setting option.
