Improve the 'auto reconnect' dialog.

Description

At an auto-reconnect, I'd like to add the following features:

  • when a solid event notifies KMess the connection is up again, reconnect immediately.
  • Offer a "reconnect now" link directly below the "Cancel" button.

WLM offers these two features, and it really improves the "reconnect experience". (it also has multiple reconnect attemps, but I'm not sure if we should implement that as well. When the first time failed, it will retry but with a longer reconnect timeout. the first one is 15sec).

Hmmm.

If the connection is still up when you get disconnected, and if it can't connect while Solid keeps reporting that it's down, there's no need for a timeout anymore, am I wrong?

At most, I could add a "Try reconnecting anyways" link or something like that. Comments?
