Implement LikeBack from Basket

Basket has a nice feature for beta versions, to report what you like or dislike. More information can be found at  http://basket.kde.org/likeback.php

In a similar fashion, it should be easier to "report a bug to the developer". E.g. keep the same menu option in release versions, but with a different dialog instead.

I've implemented LikeBack, it's a bit of a raw patch but it works well.

Remarks:

• The menu entry to report issues doesn't work.
• The server that likeback is sending the feedback to can be changed from KMessInterface::initLikeBack() and is currently set to:  http://amroth.coldshock.net/kmess/likeback/
• The current feedback entries  can be viewed already! To login, use your Trac account details.

btw, instead of porting likeback to KMess 2, we can also add a link in the contact list to get more feedback. ;)

BasKet Note Pads is currently in process of being ported on to KDE4.

The current development tree can be seen and downloaded  via GIT; I tried it and it's still a bit raw. It's a shame since it would be very useful for the alphas/betas development; it's an immediate method for users to send useful feedback.

I guess we'll need to wait a bit longer.

I received a very positive answer from the Basket mantainer; so since I can't keep my hands still, I've started porting the LikeBack classes to a proper KDE4 implementation. I'm attaching a temporary patch for anyone interested.

as note (discussed over msn), this should be added to KDE libs! Especially considering the Akademy 2008 keynote about intgrating the community into our apps.
