Avoid displaying "contact left chat" two times

Description
In the following situation you'll get a "contact left chat" message twice:
- you start a chat
- contact closes chat window
- contact reopens the chat window
- contact closes it again.
It's a bit confusing to see the message "contact left chat" each time. Solutions:
- display a "contact entered chat" message as well (not for the first time btw!)
- don't display the message again if the contact didn't type anything.
- leave it as it is?
