Each time the window loses focus, the personal message is sent as well

When the personal message widget looses focus, the status message is sent. However, the lostfocus event is also fired when the whole window looses focus. In the same spirit, the focus is restored again when window gets focus again.

This behavour causes KMess to send the personal status message each time you alt+tab between the windows, while leaving the cursor (text caret) in the personal status message. When alt-tabbing too much, the notification server complains KMess floods it with too many data.

This should be fixed: when the whole window looses focus, the personal message shouldn't get the focus back when the window restores.
