Make the 'file transfer entry' in the transfer window more compact

I love to make the file transfer dialog entries more compact. I think the two status labels could be merged. So you get:

'1.1 MB of 10 MB sent. Speed: 240 kB/s, ETA: 23m 12s'

When the tranfer is done, the status label should be hidden so the dialog does not have useless scrollbars for empty space.

Note the KMessTest class makes debugging much easier, run kmess as: /kmess --runtest transferwindow
