Removing a contact does not update the list

Description

When removing a contact from the top-level (no groups, contact is an AL and FL lists) it does not move to the "allowed" group.

This is due to the crappy way I've implemented the contact list model; I'm working on an improvement.

This bug has been fixed with the huge amount of improvements recently committed to the Contact List Model code.
