Implement MSN Games support

Description

We'd like to implement support for MSN games too.

Note many games rely on window.external which makes it hard to support them in KHTML. Some games also have an encrypted connection to exchange the highscores. Mercury also provides it's own games for this reason.

Stuff to implement:

  • SOAP calls to read the app directory (mostly done)
  • find out which games work in KHTML.
  • see if the games can be made to work after all.
  • implement a nice starting page to open the games.
  • let the sidebar resize?

By the way - Aren't most of these games written in ActiveX? How will that work in KHTML?
