Test high-speed transfers over an Internet connection again

Description

During the porting of KMess 2, we likely broke our support for fast file transfers. This becomes visible when sending a large file over an congested internet connection.

Just tested this over a LAN, and managed to send 80MB of data to the other client just fine. So the real test will be Internet connections.

This is as high-speed as my local connection can go: about 700 kbps. The MD5 and SHA1 sums match. Is this enough to close this bug report or do we need to test anything else? :-)

Had a chat with Vale, he thinks this is enough. The bug can be re-opened if somebody is not yet satisfied :-)
