Detect when a network cable is unplugged

Reported by: diederik Owned by: valerio
Priority: minor Milestone: kmess-2.0
Component: KDE integration Version: 2.0-alpha

Description

KMess should respond to events from "Solid" to know when a network cable is unplugged, or no network is available at all.

We should also find out if we can fully trust the information from Solid, or this information could be missing at some platforms / situations.

Implemented with r3560.

I did voluntarily ignore Solid integration with the Notification Connection ping timer and its status. If I unplug&plug again my LAN cable, it's possible that the connection won't drop, specially when not using Network Manager.
