Improve wink playing: preview and play button

Description

Currently winks are displayed immediately, even if the chat window appears in the background. Instead, KMess should display a preview image and a "play" button when the chat is still in the background, so the user can start the playback later.

For the active foreground chat, it's possible to start the playback immediately off course without explicit activation.

When possible, try to include a "replay" button too, and hide the flash object again when the playback ended.
