Support aborting the data preparation message

Previously, KMess did not support error responses for the data preparation message. Check if this is still the case, and fix that support. Also see what other clients do (e.g. WLM) if the data preparation message is nak'ed.

WLM still seams to send the data messages, and after that a 0x40 (or 0x80, can't recall which one). So it's broken at this point too.

This is not very important for KMess 2.0, P2P works good enough for a 2.0 release.
