Fallback from direct connection is not working properly

Description

When the DC fails (due to a socket r/w error, for example) the transfer just dies. The fallback is not working properly. KMess should send the file data over the switchboard instead.

I won't fix this further in the current SVN version a few day's before the release.

Note: this is likely fixed just a few days before the release. Make additional checks if the fallback also works after socket r/w errors, and close/fix the ticket afterwards.
