Add right-click option to edit custom emoticons

We could add a little right-click menu to directly open the Custom Emoticons Settings and select the clicked emoticon.

I and Vale have already try these methods but the customContextMenuRequested calls also the itemActivated and/or itemClicked so the emoticon is inserted also if the right button is clicked. I have also try the eventFilter but there aren't mouse events because maybe the qlistwidgetitems over the qlistwidget block the mouse press event. And then there are some issues with mouse click mode for KDE and these signals.
