Update the user manual

The KMess user manual has not been updated since KMess 1.0. It should be updated to match the current screens and menu items.

Also consider re-organizing the table of contents, to make it more targeted to new users. For example, how to create an MSN account, how chatting works and a highlight of MSN's features. Those are likely needed, considering the people reading a manual.

Thanks a amroth this is more up-to-date again. I'm currently reorganizing / rewriting the global sections so it's more usable as manual.

Manual is reorganized. I'd prefer to make the manual more complete, e.g. describe all setting panels. OTOH, this is already so much better then the thing we had.

Stuff to write too:

• highlight of MSN features, esp. in the chat.
• the options of the settings panels, with screenshots included.
• better screenshots: more consistent, better examples.

Done, as of r2148 it only needs more standard screenshots (made with clean KDE+KMess accounts).
