Milestone kmess-3.0

This release will see a great amount of radical changes and improvements.

Planned changes:

• Separation of the network code from the actual client, and creation of a dedicated library (Maybe even Qt only and ABI friendly)
• New P2P stack
• Rewrite and optimization of core components for greater hacking easiness

Planned features:

• Receiving and sending of webcam streams (maybe two-way, too)
• audio conversations
• voice clips
• UPNP/STUN to enhance Peer to Peer features (file transfers, webcam, ...)
• Additional file transfer and network settings
